14oz Cone Mills selvedge denim five-panel cap made in Ridgewood, Queens, NY by Winners Cap Co., featuring First Standard front embroidery.
The blank caps were wrinkled under pressure, then steamed and pressed to set permanent structure. Each cap was hand-painted with acrylic paint, then washed in hot water to fix both the texture and the paint, resulting in subtle variations from piece to piece.
The form references 1990s crinkle nylon promotional caps reinterpreted here in selvedge denim through hand-set processes. Two embroidered eyelets on each side provide ventilation.
Pre-washed and shrunk.
One size fits all with a snapback closure.
Made in the USA.
